I’m a mission analysis engineer (my dream job really), so everything from very early phase studies to the launch and early operations phase. I am also heavily involved in spacecraft attitude control analysis and algorithm development. I have the opportunity to work on fantastic projects, meet clients from all over the world and solve problems every day!

AAC Clyde Space are looking for an Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will be based in Uppsala, Sweden. This is a unique opportunity to become a part of a world leading new space company in a fast growing industry. The site operations include both the delivery of customer projects, from space products and services to fully built spacecraft and the development of new technologies.

Experienced space systems & operations engineer – Glasgow

As Space Systems & Operations Engineer, your mission will be to ensure the Operation Centre capability develops to support new missions. This involves supporting the design of mission-specific ground segment, preparing the operation plan, procedures & tools and leading pre-launch and in-orbit operation phases.

Project Manager – Glasgow

SENIOR DIGITAL ELECTRONICS ENGINEER – Glasgow

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically minded digital electronics engineer to contribute to the design of state-of-the-art satellite subsystems, with an emphasis in digital embedded electronics. The candidate should show strong aptitude, share our enthusiasm for electronics and be a strong team player. Previous experience is not essential but will be considered.

TEST ENGINEER – GLASGOW

We require an experienced Test Engineer for a full-time position to work at AAC Clyde Space to help us deliver several key projects into orbit. The role involves testing electronic assemblies and spacecraft systems within a cleanroom environment, driving continuous improvement of our existing test processes and mentoring and guidance of our junior test engineers.

Systems and Quality Assurance Engineer – Uppsala

We are looking for a Satellite Systems and Quality Assurance Engineer colleague to support an increased customer demand and growing order book. This is a full-time role for an experienced Engineer who can work to ensure our quality in the next range of products and satellite projects.

Logistics and Compliance Coordinator – Glasgow

We're looking for a Logistics and Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This role will interface with many stakeholders, ensuring all commodities meet destination standards while also ensuring costs and shipment deadlines are controlled to meet project budget and schedules. It will be fast paced working across business as usual and projects with key interfaces throughout the global business.

Electronic Team Lead – Glasgow

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically minded Electronics Team Lead to contribute to the design of state-of-the-art satellite subsystems. To be successful in this role we will look for previous experience of managing or leading teams, projects, and driving the products. The team leader will need to be a highly organised individual coordinating and motivating the team across complex projects whilst prioritising and planning resources.

Software Architect – S.A, UK, USA or EU  

You will be responsible for the development of an end-to-end software architecture across the group encompassing all phases of our value chain including low level hardware interfacing, satellite integration & testing, mission software and data processing & delivery.  Your will also be expected to work closely with our existing software team, leading continuous improvement and developing new software solutions to meet our constantly evolving customer needs.

AOCS Engineer – Glasgow

An experienced AOCS engineer is required to support our growing business. Responsible for providing mission analysis and design of attitude and orbital control sub-systems (AOCS) and algorithms for small satellite missions to cost quality, safety, and time parameters.

AIT Engineer – Glasgow

An Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) Engineer is required to expand our AIT team, supporting an increased customer demand and growing order book. This is a full-time role for an experienced engineer who can work to deliver our next range of nanosatellite projects.

Sales and Marketing Administrator  – Glasgow

An enthusiastic, well-organised team member to assist and improve conference coordination and customer enquiry management. As a member of the Business Development Team, you will be responsible for building close relationships with our customers and other business stakeholders, serving as an initial point of contact for product queries and orders whilst providing support for our bid managers.

The Director of Operations is accountable for the operational performance of the business; delivering the financial plan; shaping and executing company strategy as well as developing the team and the site to meet future growth plans.  Furthermore, the role will provide people leadership and act as Company Representative to internal and external stakeholders.

Senior Mechanical Engineer – Glasgow

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis and development of small satellites. They will perform structural and thermal analysis, mechanical environmental testing support (vibration, quasi static, thermal), create and review engineering drawings and interface with suppliers and customers.

Mechanical Engineer- UPPSALA

We are looking for a Mechanical engineer with industrial experience in mechanical development engineering, though applications from outside these areas are encouraged if the candidate can demonstrate an applicable skill set or experience.

SENIOR ELECTRONICS ENGINEER – Glasgow

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically minded electronics engineers to contribute to the design of state-of-the-art satellite subsystems. We have a number of electronics roles available covering a mix of skills including on board computing, power systems and RF electronics. The candidate should show strong aptitude, share our enthusiasm for electronics and be a strong team player.
