We are now looking for a Marketing Manager who will take clear ownership of the day-to-day marketing work and ensure that it is carried out with quality and purpose.

About the role 

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the day-to-day marketing work at AAC Clyde Space and ensuring that marketing and digital activities are executed with a clear commercial focus and high quality. 

You plan, prioritise and implement marketing initiatives in practice. This includes driving campaigns, developing and using relevant channels, and producing and coordinating content and marketing materials. The emphasis of the role is on execution, pace and sound judgement in everyday work, in an environment with a strong focus on resource efficiency and clear prioritisation. You are operational in your approach and strategic in your thinking. You are at your best when ideas become reality. 

The Marketing Manager also contributes to developing the overall marketing and communications function. This includes a structured and data-informed way of working, curiosity about new tools and methods, and an interest in how AI is changing both behaviour and practical marketing tools. You have the ability to translate insights into concrete improvements in how the company reaches its audiences, positions itself and supports the business. 

The role requires the ability to balance both commercial and communication perspectives. It also requires the ability to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to clarify needs, coordinate expectations and deliver in line with agreed priorities. There is considerable room to shape how the work is carried out for someone who takes responsibility and shows initiative. 

The role reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications. The position is based in Uppsala, with the possibility of hybrid working. AAC Clyde Space also has an office near Stockholm (Sollentuna). We offer competitive employment terms including occupational pension, private health insurance and an employee share option programme. International travel will be required from time to time.

Key responsibilities 

• Plan, prioritise and execute marketing activities in line with business objectives
• Drive campaigns and work effectively with relevant channels, including webbweb and social media
• Coordinate and produce content and marketing materials in different formats, including presentations and digital channels
• Ensure follow-up and continuous improvement of marketing activities
• Work in a structured and data-informed way with analysis and follow-up
• Make prioritisation decisions and communicate trade-offs clearly
• Work with internal stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations 

Requirements 

• Proven experience of independently driving marketing initiatives and campaigns from start to finish
• Solid practical experience of digital marketing channels and tools
• Ability to prioritise and deliver in an environment with limited resources
• Sound judgement and confidence in making balanced decisions
• Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a smaller organisation
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written 

Preferred qualifications 

• Experience from complex B2B environments, high-technologyor regulated industries
• Experience working at the intersection of marketing and communications
• Interest in developing ways of working and creating structure without adding unnecessary complexity
• Strong visual judgement
• Experience creating professional presentations and marketing materials
• Experience working with image and video content

Om rollen 

Marketing Manager ansvarar för att driva det dagliga marknadsarbetet på AAC Clyde Space och säkerställa att marknadsföring och digitala aktiviteter genomförs med tydligt affärsfokus och hög kvalitet. 

Du planerar, prioriterar och genomför marknadsinitiativ i praktiken. Det innebär att driva kampanjer, utveckla och använda relevanta kanaler, samt producera och samordna innehåll och marknadsmaterial. Tyngdpunkten i rollen ligger i genomförande, tempo och omdöme i vardagen, i en miljö med starka krav på resurseffektivitet och tuffa prioriteringar. Du är operativ till handlaget och strategisk i sinnet. Du trivs bäst när idéer blir verklighet. 

Marketing Manager bidrar också till att utveckla hela marknads- och kommunikationsfunktionen. Det omfattar ett strukturerat och datadrivet arbetssätt, nyfikenhet på nya verktyg och metoder, inklusive hur AI förändrar både beteenden och praktiska arbetssätt. Du har god förmåga att omsätta insikter till konkreta förbättringar i hur bolaget når ut, positionerar sig och stödjer affären. 

Rollen kräver god förmåga att hantera både kommersiella och kommunikativa perspektiv. Den kräver förmåga att arbeta nära kollegor och intressenter för att tydliggöra behov, samordna förväntningar och leverera inom överenskomna prioriteringar. Det finns stort handlingsutrymme i hur arbetet bedrivs, för den som är ansvarstagande och handlingskraftig. 

Rollen rapporterar till Director of Marketing & Communications. Tjänsten är baserad i Uppsala, med möjlighet till hybridarbete. AAC Clyde Space har även kontor nära Stockholm (Sollentuna). Vi erbjuder konkurrenskraftiga anställningsvillkor, inklusive tjänstepension, privat sjukvårdsförsäkring och ett optionsprogram för anställda. Krav 

• Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att självständigt driva marknadsinsatser och kampanjer från start till mål 
• God praktisk erfarenhet av digitala marknadskanaler och verktyg 
• Förmåga att prioritera och leverera i en miljö med begränsade resurser 
• Gott omdöme och trygghet i att fatta avvägda beslut 
• Stark kommunikativ förmåga och vana att arbeta med flera intressenter 
• Förmåga att arbeta självständigt i en mindre organisation 
• Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, i tal och skrift 

Meriterande 

• Erfarenhet från komplexa B2B-miljöer, högteknologiska eller reglerade verksamheter 
• Erfarenhet av att arbeta nära både marknadsföring och kommunikation 
• Intresse för att utveckla arbetssätt och skapa struktur utan att bygga onödig komplexitet 
• God känsla för visuell utformning  
• Erfarenhet av att ta fram professionella presentationer och marknadsmaterial 
• Erfarenhet av arbete med bild och video.
