Production and Logistics Planner – Uppsala

About the Production & Logistic Planner role:

As a production and logistics planner, you have a responsibility to coordinate the work from customer order to delivery both within Sweden and abroad. You are responsible for creating manufacturing orders, planning stock balances and scheduling services regarding cleanrooms and production. You are the go-to person regarding production and logistics and will plan and schedule transport together with our transport partners and ensure that products are delivered on time.

Your main tasks:

• Plan our production flow.
• Strategic production-related Procurement.
• Register and release orders to production.
• Preparation of production documents.
• Act as the prime customer contact for support from existing customers
• Make sure customer support cases are logged and responded to according to our internal KPIs
• Be the owner and driver for ongoing support cases.
• The shipping preparation
• Book transport

Your profile:

• Relevant after upper secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Driven, curious, self-motivated and wants to develop in your role
• Experience in customer relations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with business systems such as Monitor, SAP or Jeves is advantageous.
• Experience in logistics is advantageous.
