About this role

The role is with AAC Hyperion, a subsidiary of AAC Clyde Space and a stock-listed company.

The primary responsibility is to maintain our both our office and HR administration along with accounting/book-keeping.  This includes managing various general and administrative office functions ranging from company registrations to maintaining accurate financial records.

They will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural company to fulfil role requirements.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of issues.  They will also have an analytical and solution driven mindset with a flexible nature.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day accounting, accounts receivables and accounts payables
  • Prepare monthly-, quarterly- and annual accounts along with financial statements and reports
  • Prepare bank payments
  • Prepare salaries
  • Contact with external authorities
  • Office/facility management
  • HR administration

Skills Required:

  • Five years of experience from accounting and education at MBO/HBO level
  • Experience from international companies
  • Experience from project accounting
  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Advantage with knowledge of Exact.
